- For gravy chop tomatoes and put in a vessel, add water to (approx 500 ml) then add deseed chillies,kashmiri red chilli pwd,green cardamom, cloves, salt boil till the tomatoes are soft and nicely cooked.
- Cool and blend in grinder. Then strain the mixture and discard the left over in strainer. Keep the puree.
- Add Oil and butter together in a non stick pan in slow flame. Then place the chicken in the pan and brown all the side.
- As chicken is browned add the tomato pureed and cook till chicken is cooked, add little water if required just to, make sure it should not stick.
- Then finish with cream and give a boil. Check seasoning.
- Serve with roti or rice
