- 1 kg Chicken
- 100 gm Oil
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup Chopped Tomato
- 5-6 pieces Green chilli
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Termeric powder
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- tbsp Coriander powder1
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
- 100 gm Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 2-3 pieces Red chilli whole
- 2 tbsp Fresh cream
- as needed Chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions to make Kadai Chicken
- Heat oil in a pan add fenugreek seeds and red chilli whole and ginger garlic paste and satue till fragrent.


- Add onion & tomato and saute. Then add salt,termeric powder,red chilli powder and saute.



- Add chicken and mix. Cover and cook it 10 min.

- Then add cumin powder, Coriander powder,yogurt and stir. Again cover and cook 5-6 min.



- Then add garam masala and little bit of water and stir. Cover it and cook 5 min.


- Then add fresh cream and green chilli and switch off the flame.

- Garnished with Coriander leaves and ready to serve.
