  1. Cut peppers in half, remove seeds and ribs and set aside (If you don't like your stuffed peppers with a crunch, And you like them softer, bake peppers with tad bit olive oil in 350°F oven for 15 min then continue with rest of the recipe)
  2. In a pan, brown your ground beef.
  3. While Browning beef, mix spices with the water until mostly dissolved. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Once meat is browned, add your "spiced water" to the beef and the can of black beans, bring to a bubble and let cook until most of water is evaporated.
  5. Once done, fill your pepper boats and top with cheese. Bake at 375°F until cheese is bubbly and melty.
  6. Top your pacos with more shredded cheese (If desired) and your sour cream, diced tomato and "shredded" lettuce.
