- 4-5 boiled potatoes
- 3-4 onions
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 4-5 table spoon oil
- 1 cup cream (malai)
- 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits
- 1 tsp Dhaniya powder
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- as needed Corinder leaves
- 4-5 spoons Oil
Instructions to make Malai kofta
- First take boil potaoes and remove the skin add cornflour in it along with all dry masalas and mix it nicely (little salt, red chilli pow,daniya pow, little chat masala)



- Then make a small ball of potatoes and make a small hole in ball and add Malai and dry fruit in it and close the ball and deep fry it



- Deep fry the koftas and keep aside on other hand take onions,tomatoes grind it and in pan put oil add ginger garlic paste and tomato onion puree



- As masalas is cooking add all dry masala and cream in it as the gravy starts leaving oil add little water and give a boil and add koftas in the gravy
