- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp Cream
- 1/4 cup oats
- 4-5 cardamom
- 4-5 Almonds
- 4-5 pc Pistachios
- 2 pc Cashewnuts
Steps to make Spinach Oats Halwa
- Wash and blanch spinach for 5-7mins. Add1/2 tsp sugar. Filter and remove excess water. Let it cool.Chop in a chopper add 1tbsp water if needed and make a paste.Now roast oats for 3-4min. On mid slow flame. And churn make powder form.



- Now heat ghee and roast chopped nuts. Take out in a plate.In same pan roast oats powder and saute for 3-4 mins.Now add spinach paste, sugar, coursly grinded cardamom, roasted nuts and cream.Mix well and stir continuosly. Until ghee release and it take proper binding. And release fragrance.Spinach Oats Halwa is ready. Serve hot with cold Rabdi.Garnish with Spinach oats and roasted Nuts.
