- 1.1 /2 cup Sugar 2/3 cup Water 1/4 cup Salted butter (cut in cubes) 1/2 cup Cooking Cream 1/4 cup Signature Premier Whiskey Some Pecan Nuts A Pinch of Salt

- Combined Sugar & Water in a small sauce pan
- Cook over medium heat, till Sugar gets dissolved & changes to Golden Brown
(It will take about 17 minutes to golden brown colour)

- Remove the sauce pan from the heat.
- Carefully add butter, by whisking continuously until butter gets dissolved.
- Caution: Mixture will be hot and can bubble up while adding butter.
- Stir Whisky, Cooking Cream & a pinch of salt into the mixture.

- Add chopped Pecan Nuts.
